- Upload: Choose your favorite photos of your pet. We recommend a close up photo of your pet facing the camera. Select a photo taken in daylight or in a well lit room.
- We Create: Our artists design and send a proof of your design via email. Please note, we do have a 24 hour window for changes in order to dispatch your item in a timely manner!
Photo Guidelines:
- Lighting is Everything: Natural, outdoor lighting or a well-lit room is best. Avoid harsh shadows or super dark indoor photos.
- Keep it Sharp: Make sure the photo is in focus. Blurry, zoomed-in, or pixelated photos make it hard for our artists to capture your pet's details.
- Nothing in the Way: Ensure there are no objects (like blankets, toys, or tall grass) blocking your pet’s face, chest, or ears.
- Eye Level is Best: Crouch down to take the photo at your pet's eye level rather than pointing the camera down at them from above.
