Was charged twice
I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size of a cover for my Kindle. The company were kind enough to replace it with a correct item for only the cost of shipping. It was my fault, but they took care of me. I really appreciate they customer service.
You guys were great when I mixed up the measurements for my phone. I live my new case!!!

Awesome customer service. I screwed up and ordered a case for the wrong phone model. I called, and they said they’re custom made so it wasn’t a direct replacement. However, if I covered shipping, they would send out a new case. My wife loved the case and I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service and quality of the product. Thank you!

I ordered the wrong size cover for my phone. My fault. When I called customer service, they told me they would be glad to send me a new cover in the correct size. They asked me to pay for postage, which I gladly did. I received the new case a week later... and I love it! I got the stain glass yellow cat. It is fabulous! Thank you very much for the customer service and the promptness to help me. I will always buy my phone covers from you!
