The phone case is beautiful. This is my 2nd case with this exact design. The case does fade with time but I still loved it enough to buy a new one for my new phone. I did feel that the communication from the website was poor. The order confirmation email stated that I would get an email once my order shipped. I never got another email after the order confirmation. I had no idea if it shipped or any tracking information. I kept checking the website and it stated order processing. Then one day it showed up - even though the website stated processing.
